I was anticipating this day, I knew Jared had something up his sleeve.  We have a journal we pass back and forth and for a month or so I had been bugging him to pass it.  It was at the end of our family photo session that he handed me our journal.  In that moment my heart began to race and my suspicions were confirmed.  As I was reading Jared’s heart pouring out on the pages, the kids secretly collected roses to hand individually to me.  Jared then asked me and without hesitation I said “yes! a thousand times yes.”  Forever grateful for Jared making this moment not only special for us, but creating a memory special for our family.  We don’t remember the days, we remember the moments. This was one of those moments.
